What are the benefits of registering online?

By registering on our Creative Bamboo website you will have the chance to buy classes tickets, membership deals, order and buy products, buy tickets to our plays and storytelling sessions.

You will find register or login buttons on the right corner.

User shall register using their email and by creating a password.

Terms and conditions for placing an order or cancelling an order.

After placing your order you will have to transfer the payment within 2 hours. If the transaction hasn’t been made within 2 hours your order will be declined. Declined orders cannot be renewed therefore if the user wishes to make the purchase they can replace the order again. Creative Bamboo shall not bear any responsibilities for declined orders. Purchase payment

After placing an order online you will receive information about your purchase online. Creative bamboo online shop will provide total payment amount, payment methods, the name and account information of the recipient while your order is being confirmed.

Each order will have a unique order number, you can check the details of your order in the My registration corner. Please note that you must follow the payment instructions carefully while making the payment. Creative bamboo online shop’s orders will be confirmed when the payment has been transferred fully. You may cancel or edit your orders within the 2 hours that online shopping system gives you. If your payment has been made you cannot cancel your order.

1. By agreeing to terms and conditions of Creative bamboo online shopping system you will be able to purchase and place orders on the website.

2. When you purchase tickets for clubs and classes, membership, creative corner activity, pop-up event tickets on Creativebamboo.mn website you will receive an email with a QR code that you shall show at the Creative bamboo center.

3. Creativebamboo.mn website is for adult users only, but children can make purchases with a help from their parents.

TWO. CUSTOMERS' CAUTIONS

1. The website characters and logo shall be the property of the "Creative Bamboo" It is forbidden to use or copy the logo, the name or any other design of this website

2. Members information is fully respected and secured by the "Creative Bamboo".

3. The user is responsible for keeping safe their password and account information,

4. The user has the right to freely express their comments, complains, new ideas on the website.

5. The user is fully responsible for the accuracy of the user's information.

6. Consumers can make different type of purchases at the same time.

THREE. PLACING AN ORDER, ORDER CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATION PERIOD

2. Period for order confirmation and cancellation:
o Customer must complete the transaction within 2 hours after placing an order according to the payment instructions.

3. Delivery period:
o   Creative bamboo online shop’s orders will be officially confirmed when the payment has been transferred fully according to our payment instructions.
o Customer shall receive an email notification to their registered email account each time they place an order and/or when they complete a payment transaction.

FOUR. PAYMENT, ORDER CANCELLATION
